How we choose gear
We start with the use case, then compare documented features, connectivity, compatibility, physical fit, and limitations. A recommendation is a fit for a particular need, not a claim that one product wins for everyone.
Evidence before specifics
Product specifications must be supported by manufacturer documentation or other reliable evidence. We distinguish rated specifications from measured performance. We do not invent benchmark results, personal experiences, customer quotes, or laboratory tests.
No pretend hands-on reviews
Our launch guides are research-based comparisons. Phrases such as “we tested” or “in our lab” are reserved for documented original testing. AI assists drafting and quality checks; we do not present that process as a physical product test.
Prices and availability
Prices vary by country, retailer, and date. Budget guides describe intended price classes or cite dated, verified pricing; they do not guarantee a current checkout price. Product generations and regional versions may differ.
Images
Every product we discuss is accompanied by a real photograph of that exact model, placed beside its section and labeled clearly. We use verified web-sourced product images, not generated product likenesses. A product photograph shows appearance; it is not evidence of hands-on testing.
Links and commercial relationships
Our launch site links to its own guides and does not operate a shop or carry affiliate purchase links. If commercial relationships are introduced, relevant articles will disclose them. Product selection must still follow the reader’s needs.
Updates
We revisit guidance when product changes or factual issues are identified. Substantial revisions receive an updated date. A new date alone is not a reason to call an old product new.
